When payment features are enabled
MORT may record authorization, charge, payout, refund, cancellation, evidence, safety hold, and dispute states. Payment availability depends on provider readiness, age, role, transaction, and jurisdiction.
Evidence
MORT may consider job status, messages, PIN events, timestamps, scope changes, files, photos, cancellations, reports, provider records, and other relevant evidence. An internal decision is not a court judgment and does not eliminate nonwaivable legal rights.
Provider disputes
Card-network, bank, app-store, or payment-provider dispute rights may separately apply.
